Account & Data Deletion Request
PictureNamer is built by Boxx Software Inc. You can delete your account directly within the app, or — if you no longer have access to it — request deletion using our contact form. No account login is required for either method.
How to Delete Your Account
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the PictureNamer app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can submit a deletion request through our contact form instead — no account login required.
Open PictureNamer, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Confirm the warning, verify your identity if prompted, and your account and data are deleted immediately — no waiting required.
Go to picturenamer.com/contact, select Account Deletion Request from the subject dropdown, and include the email address associated with your PictureNamer account. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
⚠ This action is permanent. Once your account and data are deleted this cannot be undone. You will lose access to your account history and any data stored in connection with your PictureNamer account. Photos and folders stored on your device are not affected — these are stored locally and are not held by Boxx Software Inc.
What Data Is Deleted and What Is Retained
The table below explains exactly what happens to each type of data when a deletion request is processed.

Partial Data Deletion
If you would like to delete specific data without deleting your entire account — for example removing stored profile information while keeping your account active — you can request this through the same contact form. Please specify clearly in your message which data you would like removed and which you would like to keep.
Cancel Your Subscription Before Requesting Deletion
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Boxx Software Inc., and must be cancelled through your device's app store before requesting account deletion. Deleting your PictureNamer account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → PictureNamer → Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → PictureNamer → Cancel
