It seems liek a basic function. When you use your device, the image is assigned a number. When you share this image, or post it anywhere, it carries the number. Â
When you use the rename feature of the Picture Namaer app, you can select form the main menu "RENAME IMAGE", then select the image and easily apply a new name to the image. Picture namer will prompt to make sure if you want to overwrite the existing or create a new one.Â
This new image may create a duplicate, you can then use our SYNC too to manage duplicates or simply go into your device gallery and delete the original. Â
We also find that some people may be using some images temporarily and you might not want this image backed up in your cloud solution, costing you money for space. We allow easy management of images to help you save on storage space and make sure you are only backing up images that you really need to. Â

With our watermarking feature you can add a text watermark (with font size changes and color changes) or also add an image, or what we term as a logo in the solution. Â
You can add watermarking to save your images with a signature or protection for sharing and posting online.
With our advanced Batch Watermarking features you can apply watermarks to all of the images in a specific folder at once. Â
This might be good for a contractor, sharing files of a site to a worker and to make sure they have the right images, you may put the site address on each image. Or, similarly if a real estate agent is posting a listing an sharing images, they can easily list the property address on the file to help users, as well as helping themselves with their file work and keeping their storage clean.

EverStamp is like a digital fingerprint. Picture Namer assigns a digital fingerprint that is stored on the blockchain as a snapshot of your image or file. That fingerprint remains in tact as long as the files does not change.  You can check documents and its EverStamp in your same interface. You will see if the document has changed from it's original state, which would have a different fingerprint than the original and you know the comment is either true, or it has changed.
This can help secure a timeline and existence to support digital artists, wills and documents that need a secure fingerprint and proof of it's original content.

Yes, Picture Namer creates a separate folder system with secret vault capabilities. We do this because the operating systems do not give apps access to the device gallery to help you manage your images and files.Â
We want you to be able to do more with your images and store them in an organized way that will not end up costing you time and money with managing extra store and paying to store images you may not even need.

We have created a button in the app that is a wizard to help you store and organize your images. If you have a new, patient, Photo Session, movie, location, address, crime scene etc. We help you customize how you build your folders and storage.
Then once you have photos in folders, you can hide the folders (PIN protected), export an Image report with the images in the document, Watermark the images, rename, manage and share.Â
We even allow you to process a proof of existence and time stamp using our EverStamp service to secure files and images. We can help you do it all. (not all features are available to FREE and PERSONAL plan levels).Â

In the FOLDERS view you can see a small printer icon in the top bar. Select this icon and set up your parameters for the output. This is based on the folder you are accessing it from. The output is a feature available to Personal and Pro plan users.
